So I saw this movie because it stars my all-time favorite actresses Marion Cotillard and Anne Hathaway and I'm SOO happy I did! This was a very different movie from what I was expecting. Like everyone else on the planet I was blown away by Heath Ledger's performance as The Joker but the villain named Bane in this movie is not that memorable. He is a standard monster villain who kind of reminded me of Darth Vader, both in his appearance and in his voice. I really liked how Anne Hathaway was playing Catwoman but she was never called that. It made the movie less cheesy. She is really awesome in the action sequences too. Morgan Freeman is great, as is Gary Oldman who I only saw in the Harry Potter movies before this one (I think he's the guy who plays Sirius Black). My only hope is that they don't reboot this story like they did Spider-Man. I don't think it can be improved. At least not for another 15-20 years. -
What's not to say. Anytime I post 5 stars it's because I would buy the DVD to see it again. Storyline, acting, action scenes, effects movie for you buck, ending, the whole thing was a good movie! -

GREAT GREAT MOVIE(: i went to see this movie with my kids and my husband my kids for it being a action movie for mainly adult they were all eyes on the screen they -
At first it felt eerie and I had the creeps because of the CO tragedy...About a half hour in, I was able to find my comfort zone and started to fully enjoy the movie. Bane was incredible! His character def' made the movie great!
Not to be a spoiler, but I can tell you by the ending...there should be another sequel! -
I absolutely loved this film and highly recommend seeing it in the theaters. I can not imagine how hard it was for Nolan to work under so much pressure, I mean people love these movies and a lot of hopes were riding on this last film and Nolan did not disappoint his fans. Even though I did not agree with the politics of the film I do think that it is a perfect ending to the Batman trilogy. The film was also absolutely beautiful to look at as well and it is amazing how Nolan connects the story and the images so well. Overall, I do not care what those haters say, this is one of the best films of the year.
